Daniel Effron, Associate Professor of Organizational Behaviour at London Business School, has now delivered the first live session the in brand new Laidlaw Ethical Leadership masterclass available to Laidlaw Scholars.

In this course, Scholars are learning why people cross the ethical line, how to identify and act on early indicators of ethical blind spots, and what ethical challenges they might face in the future.

During this first session, scholars reflected upon how "ethical blind spots" allow people to violate their values without realising it. Scholars:

  • Reflected upon their values
  • Discussed research and organisational examples of ethical blind spots
  • Underwent an exercise demonstrating ethical blind spots in the session

Join us for session 2 to discuss a practical example and brainstorm ways to avoid blind spots!
