Opportunity for U.S. / Canada Laidlaw Scholars - Mentora Transformative Leadership Academy

MTLA is a two-week residential summer program for aspiring undergraduate changemakers, taking place this year in Nashville, TN. Tuition, room and board will be covered for all accepted students. Early deadline: March 9. Regular deadline: March 23.

The Mentora Transformative Leadership Academy is a competitive, tuition-free residential summer program that bridges science with spirituality and inner purpose with outer success as intertwined pathways for personal growth and leadership development.

Session 1: May 11–May 24, 2025

Session 2: Aug 17–Aug 30, 2025

Modeled on professor Hitendra Wadhwa’s award-winning class at Columbia Business School, Personal Leadership & Success, the TL Academy partners with an inspiring network of luminaries: Nobel Peace Prize laureates, Olympic medalists, CEOs, activists, psychotherapists, and faith leaders. This summer, Professor Wadhwa and the Mentora faculty are offering two Academy sessions at the historic Scarritt Bennett Center in Nashville, TN, where you’ll pursue deep reflection, strengthen your character, cultivate relationships with other emerging changemakers, and hone your beliefs about life, leadership and the world. This program is open to students currently enrolled in a U.S. / Canada undergraduate program and those who graduated in the past year. Learn more.
