MENTORA SCHOLARS: Applications Open Now
Launched as the Transformative Leadership Academy (TLA) pilot in summer 2025, Mentora Scholars is a selective, fully-funded* fellowship that prepares exceptional college students to become exemplary changemakers in their careers and communities. Mentora Scholars endeavors to identify, develop, and support the next generation of Mandelas, Gandhis, Mother Teresas, Eleanor Roosevelts, and Abraham Lincolns: transformative changemakers across sectors who uplift humanity, elevate character, and change people from within.
The Mentora Scholars Experience is a two-part immersive leadership journey. It begins with the Core Curriculum (February–April 2027), a guided virtual experience introducing core leadership principles, reflective practices, and shared intellectual foundations. Scholars then come together for a 12-day Residential Immersion ( May 17–28, 2027), where they apply these learnings through intensive dialogue, experiential learning, and cohort-based leadership development.
Upon completion of the Residential Immersion, Scholars become lifelong members of the Mentora Scholars identity and may deepen engagement through ongoing community connection, opportunities to serve as Mentora Ambassadors on their campuses, and an application-based pathway to become Mentora Fellows.
Applications are now open with an early priority deadline of 11/8 and a final deadline of 1/17. *Successful applicants will receive a full scholarship covering program costs, room, and board from the Mentora Foundation.
