One thing you've learned this week: I learned how complex it is for the Center for Restorative History to balance obligations with the Smithsonian and those with community partners.
A challenge you've faced, and how you plan to overcome that challenge: Due to the short-term nature of the internship, there are limitations on the extent to which I can immerse myself in the CRH community. I plan to overcome this challenge by engaging with various team members across projects.
One goal you've set for yourself for the week: I will finish background research for the Harriet Hayden Albums to begin public-facing writing.
