What went well?

The progress I made; what was achieved and done

I have come to understand the culture in Fiji such as Sevusevu, Vanua. We were also assigned into two different groups for the final challenge and had a meeting with Psychiatric Survivors Association (PSA). We also participated in skill sessions on time management and teamwork. Finally, we have a guest speaker lecture which taught us the non-communciative diseases in Fiji. 

What could have been done differently?

Things that did not get done and/or could be changed

It would be better if I can interact more with my teammates. However, due to the time zone differences, not everyone can be present in all the sessions. 

What did I learn about myself when working with others?

I learnt that we can invite others to share their opinions and help clarify information when necessary. 

What did I learn about leadership?

A good leader can motivate the teammates to work smoothly.

What do I want to develop or focus on next?

Sharing my opinions more and be willing to speak up.
