Besides the poster to showcase the work I have done at the HKU Sleep Research Clinic and Laboratory, I have compiled a video highlight, uploaded to the lab's YouTube channel about the journey in which I was the programme coordinator as my Leadership-in-Action project. It's been a unique experience working with fellow university students and facilitating such a meaningful initiative. I am immensely proud of the team that put together this new project successfully, and confident that we have brought a positive impact to the student community!

Before you leave, make sure that you also check out my Review Blogs for the weekly reflections, as well as selected photographs highlighting my LiA project which was a summer programme for secondary school students aimed at raising awareness about sleep and circadian health.

Note: As we are now at the hectic start of a new school year, I might come back later and add some more thoughts on the whole programme, but for now, take this short summary and reflections from my other blogs as my farewell to the LiA project (and this wonderful summer)!
