Week 4
July 10th - July 16th
Work in this week was mainly on operations of the centre, so there is really not much to talk about. Still, it taught me how to collaborate and communicate well with new colleagues, especially in a different cultural environment. My Cantonese skill has improved a lot during the process, as well as my social intelligence.
The highlight of the week was a field trip with kids to a skating rink. I recognised some of the kids, but more of them are from other programmes of the centre. Ice skating was a new sport for most of us, but in the end we all had great fun.
