What went well? The progress I made; what was achieved and done |
In this week, we have summarised our posters according to the expectations of the PSA. We shifted from one poster a month to 4 to 5 posters a month, breaking down the contents make it easier to understand for the audience. Moreover, we also completed our research on the concerned topics and understand the issues comprehensively. What could have been done differently? Things that did not get done and/or could be changed |
I think we can spend more time on searching for statistics when we encounter similar work tasks in the future to make the posters more convincing. By including local and international statistics, we can make sure our posters are more evidence based and focus on the urgency of the problem. Therefore, we believe that our posters can have an even greater effect. |
What did I learn about myself when working with others? Contributions, behaviours and values I exhibited |
I understand that I am more suitable for literature based tasks instead of researching tasks as I am not sensitive towards numerical figures. For example, I may be able to read through several academic articles and conclude information very fast, but I am not able to understand a statistic graph very quickly, it may be due to my own field of study. What did I learn about leadership? Leadership attributes and insights I developed |
I learn that some supporting roles can also be leaders at some special times. For example, when the leader is not free at a particular moment or period of time, there must be other leaders that needed to guide the task force. Group project cannot be a leaderless event when it requires clear directions, mobility and unity. What do I want to develop or focus on next? What I still need to develop |
We would be focusing on the final presentation. |
