What went well? The progress I made; what was achieved and done |
We presented our group project on how to solve local issues with global approach. As my teammates are all very responsible and knowledgeable, we have learned a lot throughout the whole progress, as well as practiced new research skills. What could have been done differently? Things that did not get done and/or could be changed |
Maybe we can add in some local examples in Hong Kong for references in other to bring a more concrete and practical examples to the concerned topic. By doing so, I believe that our presentation can go further instead of just tackling the Fijian problems. What did I learn about myself when working with others? |
Contributions, behaviours and values I exhibited |
I learned that I can practice my previous knowledge in the presentation as I have studied relevant courses before. Therefore, when applying to the presentation, I found it easier for me to write a draft and come up with points; also, as I have done similar researches before, I understand that I can provide concrete ideas to others or understand others’ ideas more. What did I learn about leadership? Leadership attributes and insights I developed |
I understand that leadership requires skills in division of labor. As we have 4 topics and 5 group mates, the leadership role in our group takes vital importance to make sure no one is left out or others’ workload are too heavy. Thus, the leadership role in a group project needs to make sure the operation is fair and everyone is happy about it. What do I want to develop or focus on next? What I still need to develop |
The final project - creating posters for mental health promotion, concerned topics: psychotic disorder and substances uses disorder. |
