Interview with Trinity Business Review
I'm very grateful to have been interviewed about the Laidlaw scholarship and my research project for Trinity College Dublin's Trinity Business Review, which is Ireland's leading student publication. I provided some key insights into the honours of being a Laidlaw scholar, the program's operations, and my top tips for applicants for next year's cohort. We also explored my experience conducting my research which focuses on the lack of women from ethnic minorities in the C-suite and the key steps both ourselves and organisations can take toward achieving gender and ethnic parity in leadership roles.

Hi! I am a 4th year undergraduate scholar at Trinity College Dublin studying Global Business, and I am currently on my study abroad in ESCP Paris. My research project centres on the importance of female leaders from ethnic minorities in the business C-suite & the necessity for better racial and gender diversity on executive boards worldwide.
