"Inexperience is an asset. Embrace it. The world needs you before you stop asking naive questions and while you have the time to understand the true nature of the complex problems we face and take them on."

Wendy Kopp (1967-) is the CEO and Co-Founder of Teach For All and the Founder of Teach For America (TFA).

As an undergraduate student at Princeton, Kopp founded Teach For America with the mission of enlisting college students to help address educational inequity in disadvantaged areas of the U.S. Today, there are more than 8,000 Teach For America corps members who are helping to ensure that marginalised children in 52 urban and rural regions have the chance to fulfill their true potential.

Teach for All is a global organisation that aims to eliminate educational inequity, tackling the complex challenges facing children in disadvantaged communities, and developing leaders to address the educational access problems. The Teach For All network is comprised of partner organisations in 40 countries around the world, including its founding partners Teach For America and the U.K.’s Teach First.
