This week has so far been my favourite so far in the Laidlaw Summer Research Project.

This week marked the start of our penultimate round of interviews, alongside pulling together the final aspects of our research. A busy part of the week for me personally was taking everyone's individual contributions and stitching them together into a cohesive whole, while also making sure our citation styles remained consistent throughout and that the research read as one unified piece rather than several disconnected sections.

I really liked how my cohort partner anonymised our interviewees by giving them the names of Greek gods; a small touch, but it certainly made the write-up feel more thoughtful. I also highlighted our interview transcripts with any information that was 'sensitive' which was incredibly funny. The most rewarding part of the week was our art session, where I got to express my creativity and paint with my fellow cohort members, which was a great social activity. 

Note for the future: I'll think more carefully about attention to detail, as well as keeping my academic supervisor's comments in mind as I start my next draft.
