Final Reflections Poster

Reflecting on my Laidlaw leadership journey, I created this poster as a way to look back on how I’ve grown. Comparing myself to who I was two years ago, I see how my understanding of leadership has deepened, and I’m now ready to carry forward everything this programme has given me into the future.
