I am thrilled to share an incredible new opportunity to further your leadership development – the Mentora Youth Changemaker Fellowship is set to launch on Columbia’s campus this March!

Here at Mentora, we believe in an ‘inside out’ approach. For 15 years we’ve successfully coached leaders to master their thoughts, reactions, and daily actions, delivering this as a proven model for character and leadership development which has amplified the Outer Impact of C-suite executives and college students alike.

This year, we’re taking the sought-after leadership training that our Faculty deliver on the MBA program at Columbia Business School and offering it philanthropically to emerging leaders on campuses across the US and UK, starting with Columbia.

As a Youth Changemaker Fellow, you’d join a diverse cohort of emerging leaders committed to driving positive change in the world, starting with themselves. You'd embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery, personal growth, and communal practice in a shared learning journey which will leave you with connections and friends for life. 

As a philanthropic program, we are pleased to offer our Fellowship and all its benefits to you free of charge and we estimate your time commitment to be just 6-7 hours per month.
