Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie

Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie (1977-) is a Nigerian writer. She is the author of Purple Hibiscus (2003), Half of a Yellow Sun (2006), Americanah (2013), and the book-length essay We Should All Be Feminists (2014).
She has received numerous awards and distinctions, including the Orange Broadband Prize for Fiction (2007), the MacArthur Foundation 'genius' grant (2008), the Global Hope Coalition's Thought Leadership Award (2018) and the UN Foundation Global Leadership Award (2019).
