The Evolution of my Leadership Views

The concept of leadership drew me to the Laidlaw programme as I hoped to make a strong impact in academic research and held the view that a responsible leader could be key to achieving this wish. I also aspired to take on the responsibility that we assign to leaders, especially given the poor track record of many of the leaders we are familiar with today. However, during my LiA my views to leadership changed drastically and in this essay I want to expand on my current views and how they will affect my aims as a global citizen.
