Summer 1 Research: Reflective Report

I have attached my reflective report on my 2023 summer research below. The report details the challenges associated with my project, how I overcame these, and my overall takeaways from the experience. The lessons I have learned throughout the Laidlaw Program so far have been invaluable.

Hello! I am an undergraduate studying Political Science, Philosophy, Economics, and Sociology (PPES) at Trinity College Dublin and am specializing in Sociology and Philosophy. I am passionate about using research to promote equity and to celebrate participants' unique perspectives and experiences. I am particularly interested in topics related to belonging, mental health, neurodiversity, and community formation. I am looking forward to learning and developing throughout the Laidlaw Program!

Juliet, thank you for sharing your reflective report--it was very touching and inspiring. I loved reading how you transformed obstacles into learning opportunities and found empowerment in your shared experiences with interviewees.
