Research Poster - The Internal Dimension of Buddhist Meditation Practices: An Experimental Phenomenological Study

This project qualitatively analyzes the experience of Buddhist meditation practices. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with sustained Buddhist meditators around Toronto. The results feature a multi-faceted exploration of empirical phenomenology, philosophy of mind, and contemplative insight.
