Policy Memo for Increased Access to Healthcare for Homeless Unaccompanied Minors

This policy memo was created as the culmination of my summer's legal research into the conditions of Rhode Island legislature concerning homeless youth and young adults. The document below outlines recommended policy regarding minor access to healthcare.

Hello! I am currently a rising sophomore at Brown University, and I intend to concentrate in Computer Science (A.B.) and Religious Studies. I have a deep passion for writing and am considering a future in law.
