Part of Speech Tagging of Neopronouns: An Exploration of Gender Inclusion in Artificial Intelligence
When utilizing artificial intelligence, bias is pervasive. This is also true of gender bias, especially for individuals who fall outside of the gender binary. Some of these individuals utilize neopronouns, or "new pronouns", which are often not properly identified when classified automatically.
