LiA - Rennueva Showcase Presentation

In 5 weeks, we designed a user manual and conducted 6 staff training sessions to support the digitalization of the recycling company Rennueva. The whole process was driven by user research, aiming at tailoring the training to the actual needs of Rennueva staff.
