LiA Project Showcase II - Sleep & Circadian Health Education Programme (Poster)
A finale of my LiA project that developed a sleep health community engagement programme designed for high school students. It immerses them in the world of both practical knowledge and contemporary research, hoping to inspire future sleep and mental health advocates in the community.
By uploading this final piece of work pertaining to the Leadership-in-Action (LiA) project that allowed me to spend six (and more) fruitful weeks with my host organisation this summer, it also marks the end of my two-year journey in the Laidlaw Scholarship programme. I cannot thank my supervisor Dr Cheung and fellow student programme leaders enough, as they have given me autonomy and trust allowing me to nurture and practice leadership skills as a newbie "programme coordinator" throughout this project period. Allow me to end this post with two more pictures that did not make the cut to be featured in my LiA blog posts but still demonstrated the fun sides of my LiA project this summer:
