Leadership as Service: My Final Reflection as a Laidlaw Scholar

Being a Laidlaw Scholar has been one of the most transformative parts of my university life. Through research, leadership training, and my Leadership-in-Action project, I gained discipline, adaptability, and global friendships—learning that true leadership is service.
