Unlike most of my research that is abstract and may be applied more widely, this is specific to York, UK. This research looks to find more practical ways for a city to become more sustainable. Therefore, this differs to more conventional methods for urban sustainability transitions such as a 'vision', many of which may be perceived to be an unrealistic wishlist of sustainability changes. Like all my research here, this work builds upon the data collected for a research project I conducted as part of my Laidlaw Scholarship in 2017.
