My G-Lia work in NGO (World Vision) made me realize the serious harm caused by corruption and the importance of credibility in the public sector. Based on my discipline and interests, I thought of introducing blockchain solutions to the public services problem. 

This report is a summary of the theoretical use and practical application of blockchain in public services. I've sent this report to my World Vision mentor and hope there'll be some impact on their work.
