Can Contract Law be used to address LGBT+ social inequalities?

This paper looks at discrepancies with current legal mechanisms for addressing LGBT+ inequalities and how English contract law can be expanded to fill these. It examines cases to identify inequalities in contracting and assesses how to best address these by expanding the law on damages for breach.
