Beyond Borders: Labor Governance and Firm Behavior in Global Production

This report outlines the research I conducted over the summer examining firms’ labor practices in the context of global production and offshoring. The findings reveal that labor governance and foreign ownership are associated with firms’ reported labor outcomes.
