Reflections: Ambition, Adaptability and Moving Forward

Looking back on two summers as a Laidlaw Scholar, from researching why people cooperate to working with young people in Ahmedabad. My biggest lesson was that good leadership is not about how big your plan is, but about what still stands when the plan falls apart.
