This research examined how pesticide exposure across the lifespan affects fertility, pregnancy, and hormonal health, focusing on Duke’s campus. By combining literature review and policy analysis, it identified harmful exposure gaps and proposed solutions like public pesticide-use inventories, organic alternatives, and student–faculty coalitions for reform.

Pesticides used on college campuses expose students to endocrine-disrupting chemicals that threaten reproductive health. This project evaluates these risks, connects science with advocacy, and proposes organic land-care policies to protect students and promote transparency.
