The Mentora Transformative Leadership Academy is a competitive, tuition-free residential summer program that bridges science with spirituality and inner purpose with outer success as intertwined pathways for personal growth and leadership development.

Modeled on professor Hitendra Wadhwa’s award-winning class at Columbia Business School, Personal Leadership & Success, the TL Academy partners with an inspiring network of luminaries: Nobel Peace Prize laureates, Olympic medalists, CEOs, activists, psychotherapists, and faith leaders. This summer, Professor Wadhwa and the Mentora faculty are offering two Academy sessions at the historic Scarritt Bennett Center in Nashville, TN, where you’ll pursue deep reflection, strengthen your character, cultivate relationships with other emerging changemakers, and hone your beliefs about life, leadership and the world.
