- Covered important topics related to aphasia, including symptoms, diagnosis, and treatment approaches, in a clear and concise manner.
- Utilized visual aids and materials effectively to enhance participants' understanding of the information presented.
- Conducted an interactive activity of semantic feature analysis, encouraging active participation and application of knowledge.
- Published social media posts on aphasia care to heighten public awareness
2) What could have been done differently?
Things that did not get done and/or could be changed:
- Provide more time for participants to share their personal experiences and insights related to aphasia and caregiving.
- Incorporate more real-life case studies or examples to illustrate the symptoms and challenges of aphasia.
- Share additional resources or references for participants to explore further after the session.
3) What did I learn about myself when working with others?
Contributions, behaviors, and values I exhibited:
- Displayed empathy and active listening when participants shared their experiences and concerns.
- Showed adaptability by adjusting the session's pace based on participants' engagement levels.
- Recognized the importance of patience and flexibility when addressing questions or concerns from participants.

Leadership attributes and insights I developed:
- Leadership involves not only conveying information but also creating a conducive environment for collaboration and discussion.
- A successful leader adapts to the needs and dynamics of the group, making necessary adjustments to ensure engagement.
- Providing opportunities for participants to actively participate and share their thoughts fosters a sense of ownership and engagement.
5) What do I want to develop or focus on next?
What I still need to develop:
- Explore different interactive techniques to cater to various learning preferences and styles.
- Strengthen my ability to manage discussions and group dynamics, ensuring all participants have an equal opportunity to contribute.
- Further develop my skills in identifying and addressing individual needs within a group setting.
