My second week at the office was really rewarding! I began my policy analysis of an environmental tourism ordinance for a province in southern Chile and got to present my findings at a meeting with the municipality. We also had a work party where we ate completos (typical chilean sandwich that is basically a hot dog with lots of additives) and did a choreographed dance to surprise one of the people in the office!
