What went well? The progress I made; what was achieved and done |

During week one of the internship, I have already learned a lot about Fijian cultures. I like the event of virtual drinks, it makes me feel being welcomed and included by the committee even we are not meeting each other face to face. Moreover, the hosts of the meeting are very nice when they are always being considerate and friendly to ask us about our situations. They are so warm to answer all our enquiries towards the projects and sections. What could have been done differently? Things that did not get done and/or could be changed |

Some concluding remarks are that during the first week, I have already learned that there are a million methods to tackle a million problems happening not only in Fiji but also in the world. However, I think that I can contribute more to the discussion of the social projects issued to our team and find out as many possible ways as I could to bring a better world to all of us. |

As for the group working and challenges that we have to tackle, I am pleased to work with a group of good fellows. They are so passionate in research and ideas exchange, they taught me a lot about new ideas and evoking thoughts! I am looking forward to completing the middle project and the final research with them, they are all thoughtful and delightful people. What did I learn about leadership? I learned that a social project not only needs sustainability, but also good leadership. During the first week, I understand that they have good leadership in the Fijian community, not only that they are bringing the community forward, but they are also attracting world talents to work for it.
