Donor plasmid generation for the mutagenesis of timeless in Drosophila suzukii using CRISPR/Cas9
During my first summer, I studied the biological clock of an invasive fly species. I did molecular biology experiments to mutate the fly clock using the CRISPR gene editing tool, while I also performed behavioural experiments on flies.
